@Rocco Forté am from the banned country I did my i751 interview 3 weeks ago still not received any decision yet, also still waiting for my n400 interview too

@momm momo They say if you’re from a banned country, they’ll process your case but not make a decision. So, your experience falls in line with that. You just have to keep waiting till all the lawsuits challenging that illegality are decided. You can also sue them in your personal capacity.

@P M same here. It is very annoying that all the applicants I know who applied last summer, they got oath ceremony within 4 months from application date🤦🏻‍♂️ it has been over 5 months and still no interview notice yet

@Louis K I don’t see any interview updates from September filers. This means they are about to start scheduling October filers. @P M when was your filing date? did you receive notice? seems like early-mid September are done with scheduling based on here and Reddit updates

@B A You’re dealing with an administration that doesn’t want immigrants from certain countries. They are working hard to ensure legal migration is reduced to the barest. Very sad

@Rocco Forté yes, very sad! but it is not about certain countries now. I am not from any of the banned countries, it’s a European country that I’m from. But somehow citizenship became a challenge in 2H of 2025🤦🏻‍♂️

@B A My understanding is that a ton of people may have applied right before they changed up the citizenship test. They’ve probably been scrutinizing the cases much harder.

@SJ L I find it funny actually because they only added few more questions, plus it wasn’t known in advance. they changed the test without a notice and applicants wouldn’t even know it’s coming. I think the latest events in the country with immigration caused people to apply for citizenship ahen they have chance

@B A I have a few overseas trips planned over the summer already so I am hoping I don’t get any update from them until I am back 🤣

@Louis K what’s the difference between case tracker and lawfully? LOL🤣 Case tracker doesn’t have that many users. It is not good as much as here

@Isco Gha I did some research and seems like it doesn’t mean anything. But only good news, it means that file is not stuck in somewhere and still in the queue. OR new vetting system may be running background checks on these files and send an auto update.

@B A they sent an email they took an action and interview was schedule. waiting for the letter. but btw today changed my status again to case is still being processed by USCIS

@B A Hey, sorry for the late reply. I had family visiting us, and I was in and out of the ER every other day. That only left me with a few days to focus on preparing for my interview. My interview was very straightforward since we have a child, own a house together, and have been married for six years. The officer asked me: What is the political party of the president now? What is the capital of the United States? Who is the Chief Justice of the United States now? Who was the president during the Great Depression and World War II? Name three original colonies. The officer couldn't make a decision at the end of the interview, so I'm waiting to hear back. Hopefully, I'll receive an update soon.

@P M congrats and get well soon. When did you receive the notice and when was your interview if you don’t mind sharing?

@B A I received it in the mail on June 1. My interview was this morning.
