Are you AOS? if soc there are many approval on Eb3 skilled for 75 ban countries , bc it doesn’t affect for AOS fillers

No I am not AOS

There are several approved cases for AOS(Adjustment of Status) which is the form I-485 you asked about from countries in the pause, which is applicable to consular processing. I'm from one of 75 countries as well PD March 2023 RD July 2025 and also waiting.

I misunderstood what you meant by AOS. Yes my application is adjustment of status.

Have you submitted an inquiry yourself or tried congressional inquiry? i don’t know if that makes a difference but still worth trying.
