Anyone EB1A experiences Kandell, FL field office
infopass chat agent updated my case is with Kendall FL office. EB1A - India, AOS and AP pending.
Jan 8,2024 - 485 PD for me and my wife.
140 - PD 2016, ported EB2.
biometrics in Feb 6.
she got RFIE, birth Certificate. responded - 50 days no update.
Got EAD approval notice in May.
Emma Chat - updated case is with Kandell FL, FO. it’s processing normally. we can open service request in March,2029.
is this normal, anyone - with similar experiences with Kendall office.

@V C Did you meant - you took 50 days to respond to RFE for birth cert.

@S K yes - did not receive the notice, after finally connected to agent, they sent email notice.

@V C Got you! Do you know the case went to field office. Recently I see few people got approved anywhere from 1 week to 2 months after field office.

@S K yes - Kendall, FL field office. it was last few weeks I assume. Agent didn’t know when it was sent to FO.

hope so. Kandell office is saying it’s processing normally, I can raise service request in 2029.😀

try another Emma agent, they can see field office transfer date in the system. I was told so by multiple agents. is Kendall your local field office?
