Any VAWA approval from February, 2022?
Greetings everyone, I hope you are doing well.
I’m checking to see if anyone who filed a VAWA petition around February 2022 or any others, has received any updates or approval yet. Mine is still pending, and I’m getting a bit anxious with the long wait.
If you filed around the same time and have received a decision (approval, RFE, etc.), please share your timeline or any updates. It would be really helpful for those of us still waiting.

what is your Ead category is it C31 or C09

@tying .. , my attorney filed C31 instead of C09. I recently got to know that and submitted C09 100 days ago nothing yet on that!
