June 2023-No RFE’s-still pending-just prima facie

my lawyer told me that maybe I’m receiving news in ends of this year or begging of 2027 just remember uscis never work in order let’s just pray to be the next

@Yana Yana uscis doesn't process cases per order, there's a case filed on March 2024 got vawa approved in 2025 (after 1360 interview) and got green card on May 2026 without expedite.

@okis flores @Launica one There's people who filed this year and already got approved but realistically it will take 4+ years for most cases. 😔

I’m from 2023, I received a RFE on 2024. and work permit and advance parole. since that no update
