in Kansas City interview twice one in 2022 ans another in 2025 its been 8 months nothing after interview

i hear kansas city McDonald had filed complaints with USCIS as most of the BDV clients did not work there for more than two months

Haven't heard anything positive from KC, only denials and not even sure what the reason is

@LEE Xpress thats not true how you heard this and from whom? I am here since 2022 few other colleague worked their term as well Idk about other stores

@Mandem FC some BS Reasons, mainly stating LC issues, employment history in LC not matching with I485 etc.

@MZ A I heard that LC issues too, was that Envoy problem? Did they file it wrong?

@Abe Moor yeah it seems like that. the reason that was stated in the denial notice was no way the candidate’s fault l.

plus how i-140 and i-765 got approved they did not check before? so its lottery system anyway some people gets gc with luck some gets grilled to the death

exactly. that’s the new reality, not sure when things will get better.
