Any success on contacting USCIS
Hello. The last update I could get regarding my I140 was few months ago which my case was transferred to Potomac SC, from Nebraska. Before that one officer informed me that my case was reviewed in May, it looks good, but the officer did not decided on final decision. These days even they do not give small information about the case. Have you guys had any similar experience? My attorny asked me to wait until the end of October, and then file for PP.

@Hadi R same here, my pd is October 04th 2023 and I already did 2 inquiry. I know if I do the 3rd one and get no answer I can talk to a tier 2 officer but idk

@Hadi R I received an RFE on February 5, 2025, after waiting 15 months since my initial filing. I submitted my RFE response on April 24, 2025, and my case status changed to “Response Received” and “Actively Being Reviewed” on May 8, 2025. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. By November 2, it will be two full years since I started this process.

600+ days here too. I just don’t know what happened to our cases. Maybe because we don’t pay extra for premium processing? Is it a game of money in the end?

@Mike M I have done it few times. I could talk to someone via Emma yesterday. He informed me that my case was reviewed in May and was sent to Potomac SC at that time. could not understand why they dis not make decision. Even RFE. Many people in my block got RFEs and Approvals exactly same week!!!

@Hadi R have you tried reaching out to your senator/rep? my PD was Jan 2024 and I requested case assistance as it was beyond normal processing time. My senator contacted USCIS and they responded two days ago saying they will expediting my case. it was just approved
