Any Sept 2020 filers still waiting for work permit?
I applied my I 765 (NBC, MSC) with my I 485 and still didn't receive my EAD yet. I have already waited more than a year to get my K1 visa approved. followed every rules and then applied I 485 and I 765. anyone else in this same situation?

oh if your interview is scheduled then you wouldn't get the EAD. you will get green card directly

yeah I know! but it sucks, I need to start working and I’ll now have to wait until the interview is done. hopefully the greencard won’t take too long

Yes. September 9, 2020 received date at Vermont processing centre here for a standalone EAD category A17. No decision even after two out of normal processing time e-requests.
