I am seeing blocks within mine been approved but there's a delay with mine (EB1). Block is MSC2590069. Customer care states the case is still with NBC and has not been transfered. No interview has been scheduled. My PD has always been current.
Any recommendation of what I can do? Please advice.

same block 2590069xxx EB1C and got approval today . my RD was Oct 21 and you are couple of days after me … so stay patient couple of weeks you will get approved

My case was moved to non local FO last week. Case status was not updated online I had to chat with live agent to get latest update on my case status.
