Political talk doesn’t equal policy. Even if an administration plans restrictions, they don’t instantly apply to cases already submitted. USCIS has to follow existing law, and any new rules often face court challenges before they stick. So unless there’s an official policy change or travel ban actually implemented, your petition continues under the rules you filed it with.
