Any one still waiting October 2024 filer
I've been waiting for a year for my green card to be authorized after fingerprinting was done, and the status was updated last November to reflect that. This silence is killing my sanity. I'm running out of patience 😭
like I have done everything possible: called them , contacted my congressman, outside processing time filled, like I’m just exhausted
FYI, my priority date is October 2024

same. filed Nov 2022. I feel like the congressional representative keeps checking but everytime they tell her to check in again 30-60 days. basically useless.

I believe it’s time for me to file a mandamus. Why are people who filed this year already receiving their Green Cards, while for us, it seems like nothing is happening?

@DANIEL OJIEMEKE. These guys will test your patience. Some FOs are faster than others, and depending on the state you filed from. Do you know the field office your case transferred to?
