stuck even after getting interview, rfe everything how things have changed 🤦‍♂️

USCIS clearly mentioned they will run your biometrics through a new enchached FBI database, question is how long will it take?3 months or 9 months?

IMO, i don’t think running background checks would significantly impact overall processing. usually it should take less then couple of days for background checks.

I was asked to submit an RFE, and after 4 days, I was approved for an I-485 without an interview. @Gabbar Singh

@Feb 2021 his catagory looks like EB4, not EB3-3.
