Me! I submitted I-130 in February 17th 2020 and still waiting...🤬😡

March 2018 I130 and I 485 Still Waiting 😏😏

@Helen, mine is in Potomac center. it’s been almost 4 years since we have filed. we got our interview in August 2018. still no response.

@robert this is odd as you are outside processing times by now…

my case is way outside of processing time. we have done everything here. nothing we can do from now. except sueing them which is expensive.

Yes, my I-130 and I-485 both are still pending.

😞 we are going ourselves another year. If we don’t hear back from them, I think we will just give up and do something else.

exactly. I lost my hope and I filed H1B from my company. USCIS sucks.

we have spent money on three different attorneys, we have tried CISOmbudusmam office, Senators. no one can help you if USCIS decides to delayed.

I really hope you get approved for H1B @Robert 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@robert I also reached to Senators and Congressman and it did not work so far

I am ready to challenge any attorney if they can take out my result from USCIS, then I am prepared to pay as much as possible. Even I am fine with denial of it.

@robert Jackman, are there any issues with your case? it is so weird even after trying with senator…

It’s simple marriage-based immigration. We married in May 2017. and we are still happily living together with having a child. I don't see any problem. If USCIS sees then at least, they have to let us know to work on that part. But no response gives too much frustration.

That's the only option remaining now.

yes give it some time. they sent me RFE but once I send it it took them 2 days to approve. yes now I'm just waiting for the NVC welcome letter and finish this process. it's been a long journey. I hope they get to you soon!

Robert jackman, my best wishes with you first. Mine was also filled on Nov 2019. Was transferred from California to Vermont for processing. No approval yet. frustrated but still hoping for some good news sooner or later.
