I’m waiting from 2/28/2025 yesterday my case was updated to CRP , because visa numbers are not available , im confusing , uscis didn’t announce this Received date : Feb last week priority date : 5/2016 Indian national EB1A

@Kevin 123 @Ashley M @Leo Nebra have you guys contacted tier 2 agent or congressman? is it worth it? or the plan is to just wait it out?

@rk kr I did congress inquiry in July which got a std response from USCIS that case is still with 12 months processing time (not helpful) I am planning to do senator inquiry this week. I am not sure how to get a tier-2 callback but open to trying that

any one from Virginia in this ? mine per zip code is Washington Fairfax filed office but file is with NBC still now . filed on 26th Feb . last api update was may 9th

@Kevin 123 CRP means officer has looked at your case, visa number not available. yours will get approved very early in October I think

same boat. files Mar 21st and interview waived on May 9th. still stuck status on the interview process. any thoughts? have a family cruise with family that came specialy to spent time with us this month and if the green card wont arrive will miss that 😔

AOS filed on 26th March and block # IOE09310. last API updated on 9th May.

I130 approved Dec 2024,waiting on I485 since filing Mar 25, had biometrics appt in Apr, nothing since. my interview was waived and application is at NBC. Impatiently waiting 🤞🤞🤞
