is L2 even getting processed?? Vermont has stopped it seems and wait times are close to a year

Vermont is actively processing L2/H4 eads.. They are trying to adjudicate all cases filed till Apr 2021 by end of this month.. I’m not sure on other service centers..

I see floods of approval last week from Vermont center.. My spouse is Mar filer & got her approval last friday… For sure, they are active on clearing the backlog.. Is yours standalone EAD or L2/L2 EAD?

One expedite request denied and we are waiting. I am early Feb filer and it’s more than 7 months now

try another expedite now.. they might pick for adjudication..

i think you can raise after 7 days of denial.. if expedite request is open for while, you can raise another one on top of it.

they say you cannot expedite within 60 days of denial.

it was agent to agent.. keep trying different time of the day.. someone will raise it.. i did 3 expedites in 30 days.
