I applied on June 28, no EAD yet. I got a job offer but I will probably lose the opportunity. It's frustrating

@Raissa are you trying to expedite your EAD processing? any luck? I tried through Emma and it was denied without even asking for evidence

I tried to expedite my advance parole document because I need to fly back home in December but I had no luck. They didn't ask for evidence either. Then I thought about expediting EAD because of the job offer but my attorney said that it may delay the process if its denied. Because you go back in the line.

Early March filler in Nebraska, no EAD yet. Super frustrating

Hi @Rahul, yes I didn't believed her entirely. But after seeing here many expedite requests being denied and having my own request denied I just gave up.

yes, I have letters from employer about financial loss, so I will try through congressman

Like if you are going to loose job which you are working now etc..

I will definitely loose job if I can’t get ead soon..more than a month out of job now ..
