Any Hope?
Is there even a little bit of hope for regular processing of EB2 NIW applicants' I-140 on both the 75 and 39 ban countries?
Waiting since 2024 and I’m just pretty much exhausted at this point.

same here. even with premium processing I didn't get reply for my i140.

@eb2 niw 2024 if you haven’t heard back from them, it’s most likely and approval but if your country is on the two banned lists, then an update can’t be shared yet.
