I'm in the same boat. RD:Mid June. From what If your case doesn't get denied immediately upon receipt due to no visa availability it means the case was correctly flagged for cross chargebility. I've also seen the cases go to pending in later stages because not every officer is aware of cross chargebility

@sam s what wil be the best action from our side if cases go to pending?

if it goes to pending and you are sure the FAD is current, best option would be to request a tier 2 officer callback. The live agents also mentioned that there is a option to mail our inquiry to NBC address.

@green girl My lawyers had told me that the status would change to "Case remains pending" with some description that says "visa number is currently not available for you".

Post interview I believe should show the same "case is being actively reviewed" or "interview scheduled".Are you seeing anything else ?

hello! i am also using EB2 Cross chargeability Batch IOE-09-328-xxxxx Receipt date - Jun 30 2025 PD Current always, EB2 ROW Biometrics - Aug 8 2025 (2 FTAO update same date) API update - Sep 4 2025 Emma confirmed case transferred to Non local Field office CINCINNATI on same date Sep 4.
