@huber Manu - yes, it's ported from EB2. it is back at NBC now. was sent to San Fernando Valley field office for processing. No, haven't filed i131

April 2024 filer , pd 2016 , waiting, there isn’t a pattern and I have seen pd 2020 also approved in 80 days

@huber Manu yes I did get a combo card in December, 24. But for my spouse just EAD.

@huber Manu I have no hopes for April visa bulletin. Looks like USCIS is not looking at EB1 at the moment.

@V S mine was reversed.. my wife got combo and I only got EAD

#@huber Manu the visa bulletin is out and PD moved to Feb 15, 2022. I am still waiting as my PD is Feb 22, 2022

@V S @huber Manu I sent my documents to Texas center and when I received the biometrics appointment it showed the service center as NBC. That means is my case processing at NBC service center? If Yes, Do they process the cases faster than Texas Service Center. My receipt number starts with IOE.
