same here. PD Mar 22 still no updates SRC. I tried Emma chat but didn’t help.

Any luck with raising a service request or reaching out to congress person?

EB1B; PD-Nov-22; received medical RFE on sep-2025, CRP sine 2023, current since Jan-2026, no update, no movement yet.

ok, thanks for the update, seems office is following late in first out approch, which is opposite to what they claim in response to SR or Emma chat or any inquiry. Moreover today, FAD moved by one more month so more ready to approve cases.

@VCEB1C Mar2022 we got our medical RFE out of the blue (SRC filing and was at NBC for a long time). submitted the response and waiting for a week now
