Nebraska probably one of the slowest location. think they’re still long stuck at 2020 cases

It looks like they are working on Feb 15. You might be getting something soon

Hi, filed on 1/15, bio on 7/15 no combo card, no GC yet Nebraska - EB2 - RoW

@JohnB You should definitely follow up. AP is at 15 Feb so you are allowed to send an inquiry

@Dani - the processing of the combo card is driven by the EAD application timing - So even if the receipt date for a case inquiry for I-131 is Feb 17 (as per today), I have to wait until the receipt date for a case inquiry for I-765 is > Jan 15.

I kindly disagree. I have acquaintances in my circle who used the I-131 date to trigger their lawyer to follow up with UScIS with a positive outcome.

@Demain Did you try to follow up with USCIS?

@Dani two expedite requests. One straight denial in June and the other one still in status "assigned to officer for review" since July.

Thanks. Did you file the expedited or through a Lawyer?
