My expedite request got denied. i will get in touch with congressman.

how you know that your expeditede request denied ! I called them and placed request on last Thursday , til now no mail no updates nothing

july 3 - submitted expedite request july 26 - received mail to submit additional documents July 28 - Submitted additional documents August 6 - Expedite request was denied

no. EAD was on Friday. H4 on Monday.

yup. it happens and has happened. though I wouldnt be able to work until the h4 is approved. but getting EAD approval before H4 is considered a good thing as it means ur H4 case is right around the corner.
