@Ruth Enea Quick question.. Now that the I-131f has open enrollment, what do you think it will do to our timeline ? I literally have seen multiple approvals in 2 days. Kind of frustrating to be honest

@Ruth Enea Biden administration Keeping families together. As of August 19th. people who entered the US illegally, been in the US 10 years and married to a US citizen can file for Green Card. it's the I- 131F and already have approvals in 2 days

@Ruth Enea I imagine it will now take a lot longer for approvals since USCIS is processing these cases

@Ruth Enea I agree but it definitely will rub people the wrong way when they read that some are already approved and so quickly. I have to bite my tongue when I see people talking about it on here already. lol
