eb3 RN from ROW, PD april 26th, 2023. my case at NBC. Case remains pending status since Sept 2024. i just got a new timestamp from April 3th: case remains pending again. Not sure why it remains pending due to visa number not available if we are current¿?

@Ah ly no, no movement. Only the timestamp on CRP changed on April 3rd here on lawfully but when i check online at MyUSCIS nothing changes since sept 2024. So i think its a glitch from this app.

update : approved 5 days after the interview (it was smooth, general questions about your job as an RN) Thank you, god. I remember always looking at posts of people talking about their journeys and saying "your time will come". Well, that's real, it's not just a common phrase. To the ones still waiting; just be patient, try to navigate your anxiety in the best way possible because we have no control over this except for our reactions to the stress and uncertainty. And suddenly, just like any other day, you'll check lawfully and your case status will have changed. Wish you all the best, clearly this is not for the faint hearted and you all made it so far that you're almost at the end of the race.
