same PD.Asked Emma, My case just sent to Santa Ana FO in 7/18. but no received interview yet

I saw on reddit that someone with priority date from Aug 2022 got an interview notification

@Ivan R thats my question if they would waive the interview since I-130’s interview was waived 2years ago!! I am not sure where should I follow up on my case!

@Tony zhou do you have your 130 approval already?! or going for interview for both cases??? I asked Emma yesterday and they said the case is still in NBC and I am not sure how the process work!

@May T there is an option of waiving the interview but people keep saying they are doing it for spouses of us citizens. I guess you will have to wait and see. It could be also that they send you RFE for medical if 2 years pass. pls keep me posted. I am in the same situation. I-130 approved without interview and waiting for PD to be current

@May T since your PD is current now I would submit a service request to follow up

My PD is June 2022 and my I130 got approved Dec 2023. my i485 status changed to scheduled an interview, then to still being reviewed the same morning! but I see the interview info on my documents tab which is in August. I will keep you posted on any updates on my case. I’m in wahington state though.

@Tony zhou it should be SF, but once I was requesting updates the USCI saying my case is still in NBC, do not know why would not get transferred
