EK - if you have a pending i485 case - take all your papers in and they will renew your license. Tell them you have a pending green card case. Trust me I did it

if you have a pending i485 adjustment case they 100% renew you license. especially if you take all your USCIS receipt notices with you. speak to a manager and demand that they do it for you. I asked my lawyer and he said 100% no problem

Z E not every State well City rather accept receipts and documents of paper works they need to see the actual work permit or green card to issue a license

you should go in and as long as you have legal status in the US and a pending i485 - demand to speak to manager and tell them you need to drive and they will likely renew it for you. take ALL your immigration papers and overwhelm them

yes they only accept the approval because it has the card issue and expiration date on it. so they will grant you the license with the exact time span

and obviously you have a state issued driving license test passed

my wife also went in with no EAD and biometrics appointment notice - they gave her 12 months - no EAD or GC just that

I’m in Colorado I can just go to AZ to renew if that works

u will need your address to proof your residency 🤦‍♀️ so that might not work in ARizona

resident address won’t be and issue
