Another RFE
VAWA already approved few months ago. Received RFE for I-485 (Medicals and Birth Certificate) and replied, USCIS acknowledged the receipt of the RFE response.
Got an update today that another RFE has been sent out to me. What could this new RFE be for? #vawa #360

I also received an RFE birth certificate and I had to request it from my country. It has to be a copy of the original book.

it possible its a waiver for sponsorship, my lawyer did everything for I only signed and it was sent to them after 2wks a new card was produced then case approved moved to card mail and was received today

2nd rfe for i485 is usually i864W in my opinion

after aproving vawa in how many days you get notice or in info for I-485?
my i-360 aproved just got the approval notice .just curious when ill get any update for i-485???
