another PF when will this end!!!
so I just received a copy of another PF and in July I will be 4 years in this process… so getting a Prima facie means that they most likely won’t make a decision for the next 6 months!? or a decision could be made with the 6 months before the PF expires? if I don’t get a decision by December I’m filing mandamus I’m sick of this people

it’s automatic you can get a prima today and be approved tomorrow your almost there 3-6 months you will be approved

@David D Same thing happened to me im August 2022, they can approve your case the same day when they renew your PF, you don't have to worry about that! I hope you get approved by the end of August!!! if p.t. doesn't rise again 🙂
