@Noy Pi, I’m also RN. I asked my lawyer to expedite my case. but my lawyer said there is certain requirement to request expedite. how did your lawyer requested? I’ve been waiting over 9 months now…

@Jackie lawyers sometimes thy just so useless I told mine I want to expedite and sh said i can’t expedite EAD which sh lied I called the USCIS and thy said it’s eligible reason I can try expediting it

@mo June, thank you for the reply. Yea, I think we always can try! I will keep pushing my lawyer. I paid so much money for them. So my lawyer said, called and requested today. and they asked me to wait a week. I’m not sure how does it work. My lawyer requested as “sponsor company will get sever financial loss if she won’t work as an RN”.

@Jackie I paid my lawyer $5000 and decided to do it myself bcoz it’s faster…when thy already got th money thy don’t want help wit lil problems thy want us to wait for processing times

if the expediting is about financial loss and as RN it’s 100% approval

how you explain the situation them? as a financial lost or showed a job offer ? or directly told u are a nurse

@Jackie just get a letter of employment (want to hire u bcoz of short staffed)then expedite again

i took National Interest as reason for expedite and reasoned “ mitigate COVID impact by assisting in the fight against COVID-19—saving lives, reducing the strain on over-worked hospital workers, and improving access to necessary medical care”
