ask them if they can do follow up

mine is on 60 days no response from uscis to them. 😭😔

@tired from waitingg you need to contact current congressman/ congresswoman, old ones got replaced January 3 2024 , I believe.

at least a lot of them are changed

@prazzi S : any update on your case . I have an infopass appointment on jan 23 , hopefully uscis gives me a good news on appointment days. i lost my hope , my job and home again, I am going to be homeless again.😭😭😭

@prazzi S i did not know they replaced I will check it out again but I dont think mine changed because after new year I send them email and they respond will see next week @Mrkvica M. like you said will ask them if they can do follow up again

@tired from waitingg i was in the same position. I waited like 40 days and call congressman and they said they will do a follow up with uscis and I got reponse in few days

@Hope Hope no update , I’m from NY & things move slow here , field office time is 16 months 😭,

@prazzi S , oh Lord stress is killing me . what will happen on our pending 485 . we just waiting for final decision.😭😭😭
