my combo interview done on April 22 passed n400 still no update both

Don’t want to really go that route of mandamus, but might be the only option left at this time…this is crazy wait. mine combo was done Oct 2025

@RJ NY Did you talk to Emma it’s past 120 days from n400 interview. you can talk to Uscis directly status

@Randy n I did send an enquiry then when I crossed 120 or 150 days, got the same response as we see on the case status and nothing needed from our end at this time…

I did 13 Jan still waiting but filled a mandmus law law suit yesterday let see how long it would take it it would be any help

sounds like i751 is getting approved as I call them today, so hopefully n400 is coming

receive a sudden progress update but still showing in progress for the n400 case

@Seb Y could you please give us more clarity what exactly you meant by getting approved? is your i751 approved you mean?

@Randy n yes and today Oath will be scheduled. so 149 days from interview to approval….still need to wait the oath to be scheduled, no date yet.
