I really think that K3 helped us to get an approval in just 3.5 months.

renjul renjul mostly if your waiting in a long processing center, or did it not long after filing the i130. All saying it never hurts to try anyways.
I am also in April 3rd 2021 Activley Reviewing Sept 23rd 2021. Filed 129f Nov 22 2021 But Still waiting in Texas Center.
If your in a longer process center Id do it the 129f. Also depending on what country too.

Cuban Rican from Nebraska they pushed it to Potomac now don’t even know when they will approve this but seems they are coming close to us in terms of approval

renjul renjul Yes I was in Nebraska and Transferred to Texas. Potomac has longer time too I think. So id start the 129f wouldnt hurt.

yes I do highly recommend filing K3, I’ve seen a lot of us who filed K3 at the last quarter of 2021 have been approved in January and February, even few of the ones who filed in early January too. I’m talking about Vermont SVC though.
