Congrats. what dis you tell them to expedite?

The spouse’s visa interview has been scheduled for September, and the child’s petition is still pending. So I want to expedite the petition on humanitarian grounds.

@Ahmed Malik My wife’s case is coverted from F2A to IR1.She got the interview appointment in September but child’s petition was still pending.Child is 3 year old,that’s why they expedited and approved the i-130.

@nav K.I sent an email to NVC with the naturalization certificate on 3 May 22, the category was upgraded on 22 June 22.

hello@ Matin Vohra if the case at USCIS stage still you need file I130 for the child

@Khalid elhendi.If your child born after you have submitted for your spouse as an LPR, you just can add child with prinicipal applicant at NVC stage.If you are citizen then you have file separate petition for each applicant.

my child born first and I file I130 as lpr for my wife and add my child on the file and then after been US citizen I upgrade my case and then approved but still the at uscis they didn’t send it to NVC yet, so what I do now, thanks in advance

You must file an i-130 petition for your child as the IR category does not allow derivate(child) on the same petition. Once you receive the receipt notice/case number from uscis, try to expedite your case.

I change My category they said f2a to ir1. I received the mail that my case under review . what’s that mean?

I am not sure why you got that email.When i applied to changed the category,i did not receive any email.Only email i got from NVC when they changed the category.
