Agent says case on additional review???
Hello everyone. My case has exceeded 15 months and I called to enquire on it. The agent said the last time an officer looked at my case was Jan 12th 2024, and it's under additional review.
Anyone who has or had this same situation, or information about it and its outcome should please help. USCIS is unpredictable and annoyingly so.

yes that's what they told me. been waiting since 2021 just finally got my interview date for next month
