@virgi they doesn’t send you receipt by email! they post the received right away on the online page after you made the paid!! it give you the option if you want the receipt or if you want to check the receipt and etc!

@J A I made the payment on Wednesday until now the online page doesn't show anything the only thing I see is processing,they already take the money from my bank account

you should receive it right away, if not you can go on it and send the receipt to your email again. have you submitted all your documents ?
