Hello, a month after the Vawa was approved, I took the medical exams, and three weeks later they took my fingerprints. It's been 37 days since they received my medicals, and nothing. I've seen people pass them between three and nine months later. Let's hope they approve us soon.

i think also it depends how busy your local field office is in terms of schedulling the appointment availability. lets hope we dont wait that long. 🙏🏾

They Recieved my Medical RFE to NBC Lee summit on June 10th this year so 136 days till today & nothing no update .

My VAWA was approved almost two years ago and after the I-130 approval the i-485 was applied in Jan 2024 in April USCIS sent my case to different jurisdiction did send the Medical and my case was sent to different jurisdiction now it has been seven months since I haven’t received any response. Hope the federal government shutdown doesn’t affect to the process. Recommendation is that keep employment authorization card updated and apply 6 months ahead of its expiration. when applied for renewal the application will be tagged in system number if lucky by the time EAD is processed the I-485 gets approved. not a legal advisory just a guess.
