We did not get approval. Not sure what to expect due those two answers not match

Pd april ,2021. We read online even for 1 question they have denied cases in the past

my wife was twice until she is approved and we are enjoying each other after all the appointments our love grow stronger

please stay calm, they totally understand if you missed 2 questions. just keep praying and hoping

@sandra why did they separate you?

no idea why. our lawyer told us before interview that they seperatw couples. we had a guy who was in training and other officer who trained him. that officer was quite for the whole time.

that’s weird I have been told that they separate couples when they are doubting about their marriage, what is your current status right now?

interview completed and must be reviewed. and it says something we will mail if we make decisions or something about further action . not sure exactly

oh then don’t worry I have my interview this Friday too and I have the same status, usually on Fridays they get the same updated for most people and get and update this week

did you have a lot of evidence? photos? etc :)

yes i did, they too around 80 fotos from my albums

our officer didnt even look photos he only got what our attorney gabe him when we first filer and maybe 10 more photos from our trip to vegas. for nye

when me & my husband went for the interview we had 4 more waiting before us.. they all went in together but when it was our turn they separated us… my husband’s interview lasted for approx 10 mins but for me It took almost 40 mins… it’s not necessary that all the answers have to be same… 3-4 here & there is fine… I think you’ll should be fine

did you guys answered all questions same or had some different answers., also did they approve your gc

we’ll m still waiting for a decision… but yes my husband answered all of it correctly but I made mistakes for 3-4 questions

that is a long time. we were told will hear from them 2-4 weeks. did you submit lots of evidence too?

yes they say that once your done with the interview… my lawyer sent RFE in august

did they respond? that is crazy

your second question was my question too because my husband also a full time truck driver.. he came home Sunday & I said he came home Saturday, couple more questions

I don’t remember all of them but that’s the only I felt major one I remember

will see how it turns out. need to stay positive

@sandra yes after new card is being produced, next day both changed to case was approved and now it says card is mailed to me

mercy i heard you can send them a letter with your case number and ask of there is anything else you can provide them in order to help them make decisions.

our lawyer didn’t even go with us he sent some other guy .

we did send RFE in august but no update since then

i didn’t even use a lawyer at all

I didn’t use a lawyer untill my interview… after that I received a NOID that’s when I had to hire a lawyer

and you were able to send enough documentation and prove to revoke that denial?

if you send evidence and photos , affidavits of friends and family, joint tax, lease, bank statements , bills, insurancess, if you purchased cars or house that all helps

@ jaime yes but it was my lawyer & immigration both their mistakes, because of covid we were given extra 60 days to reply for noids…. it was just a fraction of 1 day & my case got denied within 40 days… & then it took immigration 5 months to reopen my case… it got denied in Jan & reopened in may… if that wouldn’t happen then I guess i would have had the decision last year it self

@sandra yes my lawyer did send it in august I made sure she sends it on time…

mercy i hope get it soon. talk to a lawyer and asked them to write a letter., it can’t hurt
