finally my eb1c 140 was approved, after almost 560 days AND paid for premium processing.
anybody know when I can expect my 485 to be transferred to NBC? thx!

nope - radio silence then approved one week after I submitted premium processing request. apparently my case was just put on shelf and nobody touched it for more than 1.5 years. v frustrating

my p.d is oct 2020 and I didn’t hear anything yet I converted it to premium, but also didn’t get any update, did you receive anything when you submitted your premium request??

congratulation! I also EB1C I 140 filer August 2021...waiting for approval...any idea can we file premium processing request for August 2021 pending I140?

the premium process will be only for those who file their cases before January 2021 till now , I don’t know when they gonna accept the other cases.
