Advance parolr
hi guys, i did not apply for advance parole with my initial i 485 application.
can i apply for the AP if i am renewing my EAD?
do i have to pay? and will both documents be sent to the same address?
please let me know.

as far as I know is the same address. if you have i485 pending and you file without a lawyer you don’t need to pay. if your lawyer files for you you will pay him/her a fee for there job.

Yeah you can apply for it with you renewal EAD.

you Can do it yourself, and you have to send the number of receipt of your i485.
