No, and it wasn’t even an emergency AP. If your application gets sent to Nebraska Service Center, you will get a decision fast. within 3 months. Mine took 2 and a half months.

Congratulations. Truth is you just got lucky. People are still waiting a year with no approval at Nebraska.

thank you. I am aware of the ones who filed last year who have not been approved. This is something recent and only through Nebraska. I follow a page for dreamers specifically for advance parole and the ones who filed from December 2021 until now have gotten very short wait times. December being 4mo wait time until currently about 2 1/2 mo. I do consider myself lucky, but Nebraska is approving older cases along with all new ones roght now and their wait time is short if people apply at this time. Just trying to encourage others because it took me time to make the jump :)

Also, I expected my decision around May 20-27th based on the approvals on the page I follow, but this week I saw Feb 25th- Mar 3rd cases being approved and I fell in that group 😃

hi @The Oscar. can you share your field office? We also have I130 in Nebraska, they just transferred it to NBC. Did they transfer your I130 as well would? would love to know your reason for expedite if I can ask? Thanks

@Thao N my application is different than yours. i-130 is for immigrating into the US. I filed the i-131 for advance parole. it is a travel document to allow me to travel to my home country and come back to the US.

@m b I Would like to upload a photo, but it doesn’t allow me to here. I just can’t share my receipt number because of privacy reasons. what I will do is copy and paste everything wlse it says. “ my Advance Parole Document Was Produced… On May 19, 2022, we produced your Advance Parole Document for your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document receipt number **********. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”

My application was received by USCIS March 3rd.

@m b the time depends on your service center and how you ask for AP. if it’s for refugee, it is different. I am part of the advance parole for DACA

@Bigo Gon Hi, if you filed i-131 (advance parole) and in Nebraska and recently, I wouldn’t see why not. That’s the service center that’s speeding it up right now. Good luck!
