Advance Parole Document
Hey guys,
is anyone experiencing delays in receiving their documents? My AP got approved 28th September and was produced 29th September. I still haven’t received it and there is no tracking for stand-alone AP either. Anyone else in the same boat?
my EAD also took 2 weeks to be sent but for some reason it was sent to my lawyers address (he did not ask/specify for any document to be sent to his address on the G-28 form). But atleast I could track that so I knew where it was. I’ve asked my lawyer about AP as well but he hasn’t received it either.

hi, my advance palore got approved in August 15th just got the approval notice that's it , I called them in September told me to give them a month called them today too told me to give them a month, am have plans to travel am devastated 😫, but I hope they do it next week

once you use a lawyer all your documents will go to him and then he will hand them over to you. this is the process.

loise k has your document been mailed or is it still on document has been approved? mine document was produced. then I chatted with an agent using Emma and they said it’s been mailed (this was around 2nd October). it’s 15th October now and I still haven’t received it. no idea where it is. how can a document take 2 weeks after it has been mailed :/

texas pls but my lawyer hasn’t recieved my AP either. Apparently it has been mailed since 2 weeks but God knows where it is.

yes it did. took almost 3 weeks. it again went to the lawyers address first but was rerouted from there and reached after 3 weeks of status changing to document has been produced

mine has never arrived 3 months later, I'll go they stamp on my passport
