you go to the immigration desk and then they escort you to secondary immigration screening. at LAX is a room where you will sit with other people like you. I did not get asked anything, I just gave them my passport and combo card and an officer took it to his office for processing and then I got the passport back and told I could leave. the waiting can take a while if there are a lot of people there but nothing to worry about. is like waiting at the DMV.

@me just me no I did not overstay. my combo is under AOS employment based. my husband is the primary and was not traveling with me.

We came back yesterday from Mexico home country, everything worked very good, they just asked us is this your first parole? and yes it was! your good to go, it took us maybe 5 minutes. and yes yes we overstayed our visa 14 years. good luck *cow moo*

wow congrats! such a good experience, I confirmed with my attorney I’m good to travel etc but still a little nervous about it all.
