I am in the same boat. second interview and no decision on I 485. and I have a trip to mexico next week. have secomd thoughts if I should cancel or try working the advance parole. my lawyer suggested there should not be a problem traveling with AP but there are no guarantees.

If you dont go with your spouse, thats a redflag. I would advice you wait till your case is approved.

no update yet. Our lawyer said we have to be patient. On lawfully it says 41st out of 94 so fingers crossed.

if I am 16th does that means I move forward or if am 14th it means I move forward

I believe you move forward till you become 1st to be in line. From 15th of 104, 14th of 103, 13th of 102 etc
