did you ask them to explain what you were missing? might be good to get a lawyer

They just reply the same answer every time that AP takes 180 days and in some case even way longer.

Lawyers are asking for big amount of money around USD 6k and the result is not guarranteed

@m r I had similar issue, was given the pink slip after 1 month I was called to come drop my passport, now just waiting

they have me a yellow slip and had to fill out for ds-5535

do they give u a email

@m r Yes they asked me to send some info about my travel along with my CV to their email which I have done the very next day of the interview
