I485 applications were filed by me and my wife in September 2025,,,our interviews have been waived,files moved to Field office and the cases are in process (as inquired via Emma on August 6th 2026)

just go to uscis official web site,,,there would be a logo of Emma on the right lower corner of the phone screen,,,tap this icon and follow the instructions of Emma,,,eventually you will be connected to a live agent there,,,ask him a question you want

You request Emma to get you connected to a live agent,,,,she will do that after some verifications

any update brother i got same response from 3 different emma agents
