is it all the 39 countries or just the immediate legal relief generally applies to the plaintiffs named in the lawsuit (such as in Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island v. USCIS) and does that mean that they're going to start processing our cases

@mb mb It's for all but the government can appeal still it's a good news for now .Yes they need to start processing again!!
