Adjustment of Status
Hi Family,
A friend of mines just got married and is currently in the United States and is looking to adjust his status from student visa. Can anyone explain to orocess of changing his status. What forms is needed? I am only fermiliar with the consular orocess of it and have limited knowlege on the adjust status part.

Did they get married to a Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) or a US Citizen?
That will determine what the process will look like

he needs to check on his visa if he has the 2 years rules , if so, he needs to apply for a waiver
