March 2025 I still haven't received the receipt

April and nothing

I sent mines April 7 and I called and they told me they just mailed my receipt out on July 25th. so it definitely takes a awhile

Just be patient. You will most probably get it soon

@Q U we sent it at the same time lol and on the same boat. I only sent in my work permit tho I had sent my AOS application December of last year.

@S c I called the customer service +1-800-375-5283 then I just tell them I want to change my address then it ask if your protect by section something just say yes and you’ll speak to a live agent

for me it took 4 months for the receipt
