I've got one of those cases going through now. Filed June 25. had a NOID in September. Gathered lots of evidence and replied in November. Still waiting for an outcome. just got EAD and AP 9 months after filing. We have a lawyer in NY, very expensive. I think going with a lawyer who has had positive experiences with these cases would be good. We had to get psychologist evaluation which cost money too
