Hi I’m syed I applied i130 form for my spouse on September 7 (2021)and I got notified on February 19th (2022) that my case being actively reviewed by uscis officer nothing is outstanding at this time . Btw I’m US green card holder still so applied as a US green card holder. Is anyone know how long it’s gonna take to approve my case. Is there any chance my case might be approve pretty soon?

Syed,same time frame, filled for my spouse be my case is still being actively reviewed, just keep waiting, some day a response will come through.

Mine took about 8months to get approved. Then the rest is just a patience thing. Been waiting for visa interview for 9 months now. 🤔
